PLANS FROM THE CENTENNIAL COMMITTEE:
The Centennial Committee is planning our celebration for the weekend of July 6-8 to accommodate the All-School Reunion and Independence Day celebrations.
The tentative plan is to have a special program on Friday evening to welcome our guests, share greetings and memories and sing songs of praise.
Saturday morning will be our 4th of July program followed by a potluck dinner on the church lawn.
Our anniversary worship service will be on Sunday with Pastor Newhouse and the former pastors present leading. A catered noon meal will follow. For more information please contact any member of the committee. The committee includes: Jack Van Eps, Edgar Ver Steeg, Audrey Evink, and Pastor Newhouse.

CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH PLANNING 100 YEAR CELEBRATION.
Planning is underway for a 100 year anniversary to be celebrated by the Christian Reformed Church concurrently with the All-School reunion weekend of July 6-8. In cooperation with the school reunion plan the church will hold three special events.
The festivities begin on Friday, July 6 with an evening program to welcome community pastors, former pastors, friends and neighbors from the community, and former church members with singing and sharing.
On Saturday morning we will have our annual Fourth of July program with a potluck dinner on the church lawn at noon.
On Sunday morning, we will have our 100th anniversary worship service with Pastor Newhouse and former pastors leading. Having the celebration on the same weekend at the above times will allow former Hancock school students from our church to participate in the church, school, and Independence Day celebrations.
The church centennial committee includes Pastor Harrison Newhouse, Audrey Evink, Jack Van Eps, and Edgar Ver Steeg. The committee encourages anyone with questions about our celebration to phone the church office at 392-5223, or email us at hancockcrc@gmail.com.
